Oh what a night
Been very ill since around 10pm on Wednesday. I think I had strained my abdominal muscles at boxercise on Monday - however I was fine on Tuesday. I had a pizza and an apple for lunch on Wednesday and went to Wing Chun. The warm up was fine, no problem at all. I did a little bit of wrestling with Ben as well. It was a good session until the last 30 minutes. I started getting "creased up" i.e. I couldn't stand up straight. I missed the last 15 minutes of the class, had to sit down and watch. Then I started feeling ill. After a lift home by Alex I had to rush to my front door as I was about to vomit. This is when the fun began. I got severe abdominal pain - which was worse on the right hand and remided me of Apendicitus symptoms. I couldn't sit down, couldn't stand up, couldn't lie down. Nightmare. I think I managed to fall asleep for a few hours around 5am.
I still have severe pain on the right hand side of my abdomen, if it's still there tomorow I will have to go to the Doctors. Would be pretty cool if it was an apendicitus. I have basically done nothing constructive for 24 hours, until this. I've basically been trying to get in at least a slightly comfortable position whilst trying to ignore the pain and go to sleep. Can't wait to get well!

Nexus Gripe
I must also have a gripe at the Metro people, Nexus. I want to travel 2 stops on the metro and it costs £1.30. Where is the value in that? I have send off the details to a lab in the United States and they have been unable to find any trace of value at all, not even on an atomic scale.
Not only are the prices extortionate, but you have to sit next to "common" people and "chavs" (see Oxford dictionary under "Charver"). I may sound hoity-toity, but if you sat next to these people you would realise how well off you really are.
Gripe over.

Day 2 of blog
Well, woke up feeling stiff today, all in the wrong areas. Had quite a heavy boxercise session on Monday, still feeling it today! I've got Wing Chun training tonight as well, I just know its going to be another beast of a session! No pain no gain they say. I wonder if my slow recovery rate is to do with some sort of food intollerance? I've cut out a lot of wheat products, though I still have biscuits. I drink a lot of tea as well, that could be doing something to my energy levels- downregulating neural receptors in the brain. I have milk in tea, that could be another factor as well.
Went to my mates house last night to install XP on his PC. He had the same hard drive as what I had, an IBM one. One of the heads had broken on mine and was making a grinding sound - exactly the same noise as his. Oh well, you can get decent size ones from ebuyer quite cheap. I didn't spend too long there as I was quite tired. I stopped off in Luckies with Markie Mark and had a pint. I hardly ever drink so it has quite an effect on me.
Got back home and did a little bit of mixing. DJ'ing that is, not mixing cake mixture or stirring trouble between people or anything else but DJ'ing. I'll have to get some decent choones: I want to start playing cool chilled lounge stuff. I can imagine that being quite difficult to beat match! I think more creative methods of mixing will be called for. I actually find it quite relaxing, mixing like.
After the mixing and watching a documentary on the JFK assasination I started reading a book on electronics. I know I know, some guys have all the luck and lead adventurous lifestyles. It was actually very interesting though. Learning about Electrons and how Ions can be positively and negatively charged. Very interesting.
I went to bed early as well, with my body being so very weary! Oh no, its getting old!

Chris and Tracey came in today with Cole. He's 6 months old now, doesn't time fly?
Chris has just created a blog as well. I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship.
